Enquiry, Sampling & Rate Confirmation
Share the item, quantity and finish you want. If it is a running line, we quote the same working day and can courier a physical sample so you can judge the weight, plating and feel before committing. If it is a new design, our tool room studies your drawing or sample and quotes tooling separately from the per-piece rate — you always know what you are paying for. Unlike a trader who reads rates off a list, a hardware manufacturer can tell you honestly which small change in size, thickness or finish will bring your cost down without hurting the product.
Material Selection & Pressing
Every batch starts with material of a checked gauge. This is the step most buyers never see and the one that decides whether your curtain bracket bends under a heavy drape two years later. Consistent input material is why a serious hardware manufacturer can promise that the last piece in a carton weighs the same as the first.
Machining, Buffing & Plating
Components are machined to tolerance, deburred so no edge catches a finger, then buffed and plated in the finish you ordered — antique brass, satin nickel, chrome, matte black, rose gold or a powder-coated shade. Our plating cycle is set for Gujarat's humid, salt-laden coastal air, which is exactly where cheap imported hardware starts pitting within a season.
Inspection, Packing & Dispatch
Sampled checks run at each stage, and finished goods are inspected again before packing. Pieces are individually protected, boxed into labelled master cartons and handed to transport from our unit on NH 8B. Rajkot city deliveries move the same day; outstation consignments leave daily through our regular transporters. As a hardware manufacturer supplying dealers who resell on a counter, we treat a scratched piece as a failure on our side, not yours.
